Please fill out the following information in order for the Central Ops team to put together your contract. Before moving forward make sure you've done the following:
• Created a Deal in PipeDrive
• Added a Contact Person to the Deal
• Added an Organization to the Deal
• Changed the Deal Title to Reflect The Company Name, Service, and Timeframe (i.e. Coco's Cookies WFM National 2025)
• Moved Deal to Contract Phase
The last four digits at the end of the URL when you're in the deal you've created.
BD Owner must be someone who has a PipeDrive account.
If the contract is not set to automatically renew until canceled, please provide an end date.
This is the agreed upon length (term) of the contract before a brand is allowed to put in their notice. This is not an end date but just a date in which a brand COULD tell us they'd like to end in the future with the agreed upon notice. Standard Initial Term is 180 days.
This is the amount of time we require a brand to give us notice before ending their contract. Standard notice period is 60 days.
